3. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
3.1 Subscription Options
Selly is available exclusively through a paid subscription service. Current subscription options and pricing are available on our website at https://prequal.mykajabi.com/privacy-policy.
3.2 Billing Cycles
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected. By subscribing, you authorize Prequal to charge your payment method on file.
3.3 Automatic Renewal
Unless canceled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You will be charged according to your chosen subscription plan.
3.4 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on our website or by contacting customer support at selly@theprequal.com. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
3.5 No Refunds
All purchases or subscriptions related to Prequal's text response service, including access to the SELLY phone number, are final. No refunds will be issued, including for unused portions of subscription periods.

4.3 Messaging Rates
Standard messaging and data rates may apply to all communications. These charges are your responsibility and not Prequal's.
4.4 Opting Out
You may opt-out of text communications at any time by responding "STOP" to any message from Selly. To opt-out of marketing emails, follow the unsubscribe instructions contained in Prequal communications.
